So, the 5th Grade GATE (Gifted and Talented Education) students at my school recently wrote and performed a play about ancient Egypt.

I had nothing to do with the project.

So I'm walking thru the cafeteria one day before their first performance, and what do I see on the stage?

Yep, they made a time machine prop to explain how they could be in ancient Egypt, and I did a triple take in complete disbelief.
