Cafe Idea for Anime Kaigi (next year idea)

I was thinking of doing a Cafe for one of the upcoming anime conventions. I need participants willing to play characters.
I would be very grateful in any of the cosplay zone members would like to help me in my effort.

I think this title fits better because Ciel is always trying to keep up appearances and doing charaties is deffinetly one of the things he does for it. If you read the manga you would know this.

This sounds like a fun idea. I have not seen nor read Black Butler, but I'm sure this would be a popular event since I keep seeing so many cosplays from it. However, Cosplay Zone Productions is already having a cafe at Anime Kaigi. We will be doing Ouran High School Host Club. Because of this event, and other events at Anime Kaigi, most of the members, who have already gotten a part and those who will be getting a part, are going will be very busy running around. I am not sure how many will have the time to be able to help you out.

BUT! We can talk and help you out on how to run an event like this, what you would need, decorations, how much food, how much to charge, and other things that come up with these types of events.

And of course we would LOVE help with our Host Club if your interested in helping us out too! :3

I'm very happy to see you like the idea. The most people I'd need would be is six. I'm sure I'd be able to find a few friends to help, though I'd appreciate help with what you can.

As fun as that sounds, most of us don't have the costumes needed. And like Jeanne said, we already have a cafe to do, and to most of us this is our main priority. I'd love to help in all reality, but i honestly doubt that i will be able to anytime soon.

Hmm... I'm probably going to end up just doing it at a different con or trying to gather my own group for it... Though that one is a bit harder. From what I can say... I'm sure I already have three other people that might do it... Then there is me... So I'd only need three other people to be Finny, Baldroy and Tanaka.... Though it would be cool if I could have someone be snake or undertaker... Right now I'm just looking for a bit of advise on what you guys think I should serve and what other kinds of activities we should do.

One thing that I will advice. Make sure you have people who are your waiters. People come to spend time with the characters and they wont get to spend as much time with them if their character is also grabbing them food. Not as much interaction. ^^ Besides things run more smoothly when you have enough people. ^-^ So, you dont have little characters going... ;>> "Why in the world am I serving you. You should be serving me." ect ect... ^-^ Anyway I hope that was helpful.

Thanks, that is. I was actually thinking of getting a few more people dressed as maid and/or butlers. It would make it much easier. Plus I was thinking of just having Tanaka sitting at one of the tables, drinking tea as he always does. It's funny because he doesn't do anything else. Anyways... I was thinking that maybe we could do this idea next year at Anime Kaigi or maybe at one of the next cons when you guys don't have a panel or cafe that you already planned.... Now as for refreshments and food. I was thinking of a few different types of tea, lemonade, or water for drinks. Then for food, pretty much it would be cake, brownies, or pudding. Then I was thinking of having a raffle for dancing with the characters. Like the waltz, not anything out of character... Lol, Malyene would be the klutziest of them all.
